have enjoyed a great working relationship with Plaskoff Construction
since 1990.
We continue to work with them largely based upon their high
quality work ethic and ‘can do’ attitude. They are
professionals who follow through and do what they say they will.
One of the advantages of working with Plaskoff is that they
always have a good sense of construction costs and budget. Their
preliminary cost budgeting allows us to fine tune the design
plan to suit the client’s budget.
Unlike other construction companies, Plaskoff stands behind
its projects for the duration of the client’s ownership
of a building. I have even known them to honor their work with
the next owners of a property, which is extremely rare in the
industry.

There
are a number of reasons why we continue to work with Plaskoff
Construction, and they all relate to the talented professionals
on their team in the office and out in the field.
During the past two decades, their staff has always provided
excellent supervision of large custom projects, including impeccable
follow through after projects are completed.
Plaskoff places a strong emphasis on design-build with cost
analysis being a major part of the process from day one for
every custom home or remodeling project.
They have always made a point to emphasize cost control (and
cost review during design) to avoid sticker shock for our clients.

Working
with Plaskoff Construction is great. They have a great "team"
philosophy of how Builders, Designers, and Owners work together
collectively as a team to provide the best design tailored to
fit the Owner's budget criteria. They also have the organization
to construct a project within a given time frame. If more Builders
approached their Clients' projects in this manner the amount
of horror stories that I'm sure everyone has heard at least
one time or another would be greatly reduced.
