I hope this newsletter finds you well and that you all had a great summer. We’re all very grateful for the opportunities that our clients and friends have referred to us and we’ve been very busy transforming homes and lives because of your generosity with those referrals.

I’m also very proud of our team and their amazing performance for Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. As you know, our company has been named as the Construction Consultant for the show and I’m very honored and pleased to be able to have the opportunity to work with the show as they change people’s lives, one home at a time.

Approximately two or three times a year, our team decides to undertake a televised construction project with the on-camera ABC team. We look at the story, the family, the location, and make a decision as to whether we can make it happen. This September, we completed an amazing project for Consuela Mackey and her family, where not only did we completely remodel her Granada Hills home, we also donated a one-year lease on a fully remodeled, ADA-compliant office for her non-profit organization, Operation Confidence.

As if that’s not enough, we are launching our new company called One Week Bath. One Week Bath is something that I have been dreaming about for over 5 years. With the knowledge I have gained through the TV show and a great deal of planning, we are proud to present One Week Bath… "Beautiful Remodels, The Way You Imagined"… in just one week!

The process is simple. A designer comes to your home, selects the products with you from our line, schedules the install date and one month later we knock on your door with a team to install your new bathroom – in just one week. Transforming homes, building the community, looking for new ways to please the client; that’s what we’ve been doing.

Holiday Card Contest
Happy Fall Everyone! The kids are back to school and the air is crisp and fresh. It’s also time for our Annual Plaskoff Construction Holiday Card Creating Contest. Each year I look forward to seeing what creative minds we have out there.

Here’s how it works:
• Entries should be in color
• You can paint, color or draw
• Entries should be no larger than 4” x 4”

All kids under 18 are invited to mail in their entry for the front of our Plaskoff Construction holiday card. Please mail your entries to our office.

Every one of our great artists who enter will receive a $10 gift certificate to Baskin Robbins or to the movies. The lucky winner, however, will not only have their art featured on this year's holiday card but will also win a $100 gift certificate to Toys-R-Us. Best of luck!
