Spotlight : Matt Armato
Armato has developed a genuine passion for our signature Plaskoff Design/Build Process, our most valuable company asset. Acting as a liaison, Armato connects our clients with our in-house design team in the pre-design stages. Through this process we explore what a client wants and needs and what it would cost to design and build it. At this stage Armato produces preliminary cost estimates that can save them anywhere from 15-20% over the life of their construction project. Armato says Design/Build is the main reason why he enjoys working for us and cost control is the #1 reason why an owner-builder should consider a Design/Build firm for their project. It is one of the things which sets us apart from other general contractors in our industry. A graduate of UCLA, Armato enjoyed a stellar career in their sports program as a water polo player, and then later as a coach. Matt made the transition to Plaskoff Construction with the same dedication and commitment that made him a top athlete. To further inquire about the Plaskoff Design/Build Process please call us and ask for Matt Armato to schedule an appointment, or email him at marmato
