This Mountain View home, through the efforts of the skilled Plaskoff team, the creativity of interior designer Sarah Walker, and the landscape genius of Sean Knibb, has certainly raised the bar for outside living.
The family wanted to bring their inside, well, outside and that’s exactly what this talented team of professionals managed to do. The Plaskoff team was able to work both in and out of the house concurrently, bringing the two areas together to create an indoor outdoor living situation. The homeowners lived in the home during the construction, so the Plaskoff team took great care to keep disruption to a minimum.
The classic Southern California, two-story Mediterranean home now boasts a new combined inside kitchen and dining area, great room, and through a set of magnificent French doors, an outside loggia with a demi-kitchen as well. Much of this creativity is due to Sarah Walker’s (SarahWalkerCA@aol.com) vision and talent: “I appreciate the fact that Plaskoff Construction not only facilitated our design, but through the project manager, Gregg Cook, demonstrated a strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence.”
The landscaping, outside sport-court, and swimming pool are the creation and wonder of Sean Knibb, and the envy of every teenager in the community. The new environment speaks to fun and functionality, and the California lifestyle.
The renovated interior space with custom rattan furniture and the new exterior spaces are ideal for intimate family time, or, for classic entertaining. Truly . . . whether inside or out, a beautiful place to be, even if just to read the latest Harry Potter adventure.
