Spotlight : George Khoury

George Khoury, the controller at Plaskoff Construction since March 2003, has been a breath of fresh air and a vital part of the Plaskoff team. George brings many years of construction accounting experience and honor. We all are so happy to have him on our team. George is a strong believer in CIP or Continuous Improvement Process; he believes to stay competitive you have to be the best in your field. The way to do that is to continue improving your systems. One way is to set up a state-of-the-art and up-to-date information system that allows you to make the right decisions. Old information is like an old newspaper, it does not reflect what is going on right now. For leisure George likes to spend his time outdoors; hiking, fishing and hunting are some of his favorite pastimes.

Q: What is your secret?
A: Passion for what I do, taking ownership. Leadership by example.

Q: What is the best part of your job?
A: Being happy, challenged, and feeling a sense of belonging.

Q: How does your job at Plaskoff Construction make you a better person?
A: By contributing to society and building quality products that stand the test of time.
