Spotlight : Monte Vajnar
I started in the construction industry as a framer's apprentice. As time went on, I learned more and kept working summers and weekends. After I completed building my first custom home, there was a feeling of self-gratification. It was something that I felt proud to tell and show to friends and family. I eventually started running crews and working directly with owners. Then a whole new kind of satisfaction came about. The feeling and ability to help clients' dreams and visions become reality. It was amazing to see how building someone's dreams can give such amazing happiness and satisfaction to a person or family. At this time I knew I was hooked. I loved the experience so much that I decided that this was for me. The construction business is tough, but the end results are priceless. Besides the self accomplishment and happiness that I am able to bring to our clients, it is a joy to work with a group of people who have the same motivation and commitment. I have been in the business for many years. You rarely run across a company that really cares about their clients. I feel that everyone at Plaskoff Construction has a genuine concern about how clients feel at the start, middle and end of each project. This is something that I cherish. It makes it all worth it.
