I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the work
that MPC did on our lovely house this past year.
Not only is the finished product spectacular, but your company
was a pleasure to deal with each step of the way. I really don’t
think I could have had a less stressful experience remodeling
my home. I would particularly like to compliment Mark, who took
the time to answer all my questions and listen to all my concerns,
and always made me feel that he was on top of things.
I will recommend your company to anyone I know that is doing
a construction or remodel job.

Julia and I want to thank you and everyone at Plaskoff Construction
for the excellent work performed at our new home. The fact that
you were able to do so many extensive modifications, so quickly
and so well is quite remarkable. Your staff’s attention
to care and detail in every aspect of the job, gave us a livable
home in only a few weeks as opposed to what we might have encountered
with a less conscientious contractor.
I have dealt with many construction organizations in the past
and can sincerely tell you that your company is right at the
top of the list in all aspects. We will look forward to working
with you again in the future.

Matt,
Carol and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you
and your company for building our “dream house”.
Even though we have a long ways to go toward interior completion
by ourselves, you have given us a great start and a beautiful
sight to behold on the outside. Knowing that you specialized
in large “Quality Custom Homes”, we feel honored
to have had you as our builder and appreciate the fact that
you did not consider our job too small. We will never forget
the first time that you came over to our home (May 1995) and
the last time when you came by to personally thank us with those
wonderful MPC gifts (June 1996). What a long and amazing year
it's been for us.
To Tom Johnston, our beloved site supervisor, all we can say
to you is thank you, thank you and thank you! You were completely
professional and ran a “tight ship”. It takes a
special type of person with a talent such as yours to be able
to coordinate and keep track of all the things you need to do
to keep everything flowing smoothly.
We’ve had many compliments from our neighbors on how clean
and tidy the construction site always was and we can only attribute
this to you. We do apologize to you for making your life a living
hell whenever it rained or when the wind would blow that ugly
blue tarp off. Wasn’t this an experience that you will
never forget? We certainly won’t. Thank you for always
returning our pages. You could easily have avoided us but you
always called us back when we needed you. All the little details
that you took upon yourself to take such as the clothes dryer
vent, the telephone wiring and the gate post are things that
we will never forget you for.
Matt, all of your Subcontractors were great. They all took into
consideration the fact that the two of us with our two children
were still living in the house during construction. Everyone
went out of their way to accommodate us. They were all nice
and friendly people and they all did great work. You are to
be commended for being able to locate people of this caliber
and fitting them into our budget constraints.
We hope that you will consider us your lifelong customers and
we assure you that we do recommend MPC to the many people who
ask us “who built your beautiful home?” We also
hope that the photos that you had professionally taken of our
home make it into your new MPC Brochure. We would love to show
this to our friends and relatives.
