Mike and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you
for the spectacular job you have done on our home. We specifically
appreciate the tireless efforts of our project manager, Neal
Ziff.
Neal coordinated the complexity of our project with great zeal.
Aware of the time pressure we were under, he paid close attention
to the schedule while providing us with an outstanding finished
project at the best price available. His care in the rough stages
translated into a smoother running finish. Those 15 hour days
and 6 day weeks have really paid off!
In addition to our dedicated and knowledgeable project manager,
you provided us with competent, dedicated and knowledgeable
subcontractors who took pride in the work they were doing, something
which is unheard of in the construction industry.

We have just completed our family residence in Santa Monica
utilizing the expertise of Matt Plaskoff Construction Company.
This is not our first experience in building a home; and we
can honestly say that we would have no reason or desire to ever
look elsewhere for a contractor when considering future projects.
Matt Plaskoff is honest, straight forward, and absolutely delivers
the quality of work which he promises.
Each sub-contractor is a master in his field, and proud of the
representation of their work.
We were fortunate enough to have Scott McMurray as Supervisor
on our job. Scott was always present, available, and very helpful
with any of our questions, concerns, and needs. He gave us plenty
of time in reminding us of when he would need our fixtures,
tile, hardware, etc., so the job could run smoothly and on time.
He was on call 24 hours a day. Scott was pleasant to be around
and ran our job beautifully.
We are very pleased with our home and our expertise with Matt
and company; and if the occasion arises, we would once again
choose Matt without any hesitation.
