We can’t begin to tell you how incredibly pleased we are

that – and everything – we thank you.
Specifically, accolades must be given to Mark Lindsey. Not only
did he know his job, but he also doubled quite often as architect,
decorator and general sounding board when we needed an extra
person to bounce ideas off of. Mark was there early every morning
with a great attitude and made our experience nothing but positive.
We were warned, Matt, by nearly everyone we know, that if we
remodeled our house we would end up hating the architect, the
contractor, all the subs and each other. To the contrary, we’d
recommend your company to anyone without a moment’s hesitation
(Gail and I still like each other too)! Along those lines, do
feel free to use us for a referral – we don’t mind
showing off the house at all.

Overall, it was such a good experience that we speak highly of your firm and Tom whenever we get the chance to share both the completed project and the construction experience with friends, family and colleagues. In fact, my brother-in-law, Adam Kaller and his wife Dana recently hired your firm and Tom to handle the remodel of their home in the Pacific Palisades.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent
job your construction company did on my recent remodel. It was
a pleasure working with you and your capable supervisors and
crews.
I especially appreciate your assigning Mark Lindsey to my job
as Project Manager. He communicated with me almost daily so
that any questions or concerns that I had were immediately addressed.
He was always accessible, returning calls immediately after
being paged.
As I consider myself a perfectionist, it was good to know that
Mark, as well as you, would do whatever was necessary to see
that I was satisfied. Any problems that came up along the way
were promptly rectified. Mark was always pleasant, courteous,
helpful and knowledgeable. He was efficient and followed through
on anything he said he would do.
My husband and I entered this remodel with a certain amount
of trepidation as we had heard many horror stories about remodels
and contractors. We are happy to say that our project had no
nightmares or horror stories. Workmen were on the job daily,
and, as a result, the job progressed smoothly and rapidly and
finished ahead of schedule.
